Remove plastic isolator strip from wand handle and tiara battery box to engage batteries
Turn battery box on tiara to ON position
Turn battery box on back of dress to ON position
Press button on wand and wave in front of tiara to activate lights
Press button on wand and wave in front of dress waistband carriage broach to activate lights
The LED lights on tiara, wand and dress will flash on the tiara for 15 seconds
Turn battery box on tiara and dress to OFF position when not in use
